Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP)


The Comprehensive Land Use Plan contains the existing sectoral & sub-sectoral conditions grouped into Social, Economic, Infrastructure, Environment and Governance. Existing facilities, services and even the disaster prone and risk of each sector have been reflected on the study with various observations and recommendations being presented.

Hazard and disaster are properly accounted to determine the needs and degree of preparation as well as mitigation measures in per area and sector.

The Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) – Executive Legislative Agenda reflects the commitment of the Local Government Unit of Alegria, Surigao del Norte to provide the basic needs essential by the constituents and to work closely with civil society organizations and national government agencies in managing and developing its local resources and attaining the great vision of Alegria to become a socially, economically and god-centered society.

The Alegria Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP) 2016-2030 is anchored on the National Climate Change Action Plan (NCCAP) which was grafted in 2016 and to be adopted by the Sangguniang Bayan and which outlines the country’s agenda for adaptation and mitigation.

This (LDRRM) Plan presented relevant programs, projects and activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of the municipality of Alegria to build the disaster resilience of communities and to institutionalize arrangements and measures for reducing disaster risks.
