In response to the plan of LGU Alegria to enter into economic enterprise business, it constructed a building where the Municipal Development Center, Crisis Intervention and Livelihood center are found with added facilities on it such as the E-library with 3 units of computers installed with internet connection and audio-visual facilities.
The Municipal Development Center has a capacity of 350 persons, fully air conditioned and with audio-visual facilities fitted for trainings and seminars and other occasions.
The facility now accepts booking for all occasions with corresponding charges depending on the number hours and equipments needed.
As to Crisis Intervention and Livelihood Center, it caters gender and development issues like counseling activities and serves as temporary shelter for battered wife/husband and displaced members of the family resulting to internal family conflict. In it, 2 bedrooms are provided to answer the accommodation problem of displaced family members.
The blessings took place in the newly constructed building officiated by Rev. Fr. Nicolas B. Penados on March 30, 2009 3:00pm attended by the municipal and barangay officials headed by Mayor Dominador G. Esma, Jr., municipal employees and the public.

All these projects were made possible through the funding contribution of SNPIDA-World Vision Australia, Congressman Guillermo A. Romarate, Jr. and from the 20% Municipal Development Fund with an estimated cost of Php1.2 million. ♥
